Tight grids absorb the unavoidable tire marks and make a parking space, always big, less so and much less glaring in the sun and infinitely more pleasant. Large slabs of "flooring" get damaged quite quickly. We could keep the original 18"by 18" grid and simply put a pebble line between them.
