The current charge for the Main house and Larry's house is $4224 per month during April — November months and $3189 December — March. Annual fee $46,548. I spoke to Tracy at Aspen Landscaping. She confirmed that they char a $25 per person in 1 hour and wasn't able to negotiate the rate. As per conversation with we agreed to change the service to every other week. I informed Aspen about the upcoming change starting January 1, 2011. We will cut the fccs 50% or $23,274. Aspen will provide additional service if we need for a charge $28 per person per hour.
