The receiver responded through the broker thathe thought $1.25 was too low but signalled he'd accept
something less than the $1.55 he last countered at. Coniglio and Pulitzer (the brokers with the listing) are
sending up to him some materials I have been working with them on. They think I should make another offer at
$1.3 tomorrow or Wednesday. What do you think?
