General timing is 4 months from time of agreement on layout to completion of kitchen. This includes, general plan view of kitchen and general estimate and idea of cost based on finish that we decide, ( this is free ) then finalize the layout and cost (which costs 5000) this can take another week and the figure is deducted from cost of kitchen once we pay 50% of the cost. As this has to be taken care of fairly quickly, I suggested that maybe you ( and je if he can ) could meet with him this week in New York before you leave for Europe. He said that Wednesday was a good day for him, but I will send him an email cc'ing you so the two of you can co-ordinate if that works for you!
