Sikorsky is bidding the aircraft using SIN 750. Assuming that they win the bid (which looks promising), I believe they would be willing to purchase 750 from you based on a purchase price of $12.5 million. The only fees due out of that $12.5 million would be my $100,000 commission. The bid will be awarded by the 15th of September. I wanted to further alert you that you may be getting calls from people trying to buy 750 for this bid attempting to end run me as your broker. May I suggest you just pass their contact information along to me since they have probably gone to you after talking to me. A few thoughts if this bid does work out. I think we can try two approaches with Sikorsky: 1. They duplicate 750 and deliver it to you in the summer of 2011. That should make it one of the last C++'s ever built and I think we can have an even swap but youll have an aircraft three years newer. 2. They just sold a block of 15 more D models to someone overseas. (I believe in the Middle East.) So they could not deliver a D to you until sometime in 2013. I think we get them to give us a price for 750 plus "x. for a duplicate of 750 in a D model. These are my thoughts. I'm available if needed. I will keep you aware of any activity. Regards.
