But here are a few thoughts I wanted to run by you. I've had difficulty with anything beyond the proposal document I sent you as its hard to create projections. I made one film last year. No films this year. Most likely three films next year. I've sold several TV projects so far this selling season with more to sell before October. Making great progress, but still all speculative, its hard to ball park the high-low accurately. Also the company I mentioned to you is making me an offer to proceed with financing. The benefit of that deal is they have a development fund I can access, as well as viable projects to share with me. All that is very important to the growth of my new company, with a new first look deal with one of two major film studios about to close, and potentially a tv deal with Warner Brothers. My thinking is to not put you on this hook if all these things play out over the next week. Your offer to help me kick start my new company was a surprise, and a liberating factor in my progress.
