Just a coincidence: Roger Hertog who secured Black's bail, lives at 10 Blossom Way which is a comp for 1230
S Ocean. It is the third house south of 1230 on a similar corner site fronting S Ocean Blvd. Although that lot is
bigger (1.5 vs 1 acre), the house (10,900 sq ft) is sited and set back from the road similarly to the house at
1230. The extra half acre is along the road, not deep, and was used by Ray Floyd as a putting green.
