To: JE Vacation 'eevacationagmailcom] From: Sent Sun 6/27/2010 9:36:42 PM Subject Re: Jeffrey, nobody is attacking you. The fact is people around you, including me, can see an alarming change in your behavior. It is understandable, considering what you have been through over the past few years but hopefully you recognize you are not actually ok. There are examples of unreasonable requests, impulsive and rushed decisions (some comparable to the way GM used to operate), agressive attitude, unpredictable mood swings, no empathy, dwelling on people's mistakes, and no reasoning with you once you pick someone to focus on (not my example) It's also not about Story, this is across the board.. Really, the concern is not any of those examples, the overall change is apparent and the collective fear is that it may be permanent if you don't see it. I don't want to get in the middle of this. I am not attacking you & I don't want to have an argument. I am giving you a sense of what is going on and what other people are afraid to talk to you about. You are so unpredictable lately, nobody wants to get involved. We all hope things will change after July. If you ask people whether you are driving them crazy, maybe they will give you an honest answer but please don't mention our conversation. I am not in a position to be telling you. It is also silly to come to a conclusion about anything without at least a cursory understanding of the other side. and follow up judgments are only counter productive. that being said I am willing to listen to anyone who is concerned.
