I meet with the HR team at the foundation tomorrow, to go over a transition plan. I am leaving the foundation. Don't have a plan B just yet however after 5 years of really gross working conditions, just felt like it was time. I took your advice and decided that if it isn't fun (anymore) and doesn't make me happy then I shouldn't do it. Haven't spoken to bill but he hasn't been supportive at all, or involved - so I figured best to just try to fade out rather than raise a stink. There is a job in Doha and one at Stanford that I am considering - both are academic so I would spend most of my time as a doctor. Not my favorite to do full time but at least fun! Miss you!
