Hi there, I just had a 30 min biz talk with Pappas regarding the wellington
acreage. One bank involved in the financing has failed. Therefore they are
looking for 2M (could be equity, or bridge deal). The property is earning good
income, and approval for another barn to provide income. No shortage of horse
tennants--it is known as the best private jumping ground. Would you be interested
in talking to him--he ask me to contact you. Hope all is well--r u in nyc again
