We have the Engineer coming on Tuesday to review the condition of the hill. We will have a new budget for the generator and RO build out next week which should satisfy future demand and leave room for integration of steel or other options. Jeffrey, Please approve the revised previously approved budget on the Mechanical building. This is the existing budget reworked to more accurately represent the work done and completion of scope -Same as we did for the Office Pavilion. Original approved budget: $2,330,543.72 Revised budget: $2,012,685.05 I will report to you for approvals on Trade line items — ONLY if they go over Budget.
