They are way past due - dating back to February! We and our consultants cannot carry these outstanding balances any further. In April, at the request of Rich Kahn, we did offer you a "discount" on some of our fees, to help address your fiscal concerns. I have not heard back with regard to that offer either. We have been emailing back and forth, but there has been no resolution or clear direction yet. Please let me know what is going on with the project. I am ready to do whatever I can to help clear up any issues there may be related to our services, or to these invoices. However, I am being told that if we do not have a clear response this week, we will have to consider our options to get paid, per the terms of our agreement. Please let me know what I can do to help resolve this!
