Subject: In the kitchen a bit longer...
I've been extended in the kitchen another 2 weeks to take in more. It's very exciting because I'm
hoping to be able to spend a day or two (preferably more) at the bread making facility in Long
Island. Also, I'd love to see how they take apart the whole cow at Prime House! And of course
the fish market. I'll likely have a schedule tomorrow for these next two weeks, but nonetheless
would love to spend some time with you between the jobs. Yes, you are very missed.
