To: Warwick Wicksman[ Epsteinljeevacationgrgmail.co Cc: Doug Schoettl From: Gary Kemey Sent Fri 12/3/2010 6:07:37 PM Subject RE: Plan Study G-2 Tom Sze Jeffrey Warwick One comment I have is Jeffrey does not want to come up the stairs from the master bedroom and be looking at a 10' high wall. The grade from the walk behind the kitchen should follow the grade of the stairs and couture back to the 56'6" The other study is look at running the road behind the bedroom straight east and have the access drive to the library take off at 90 degrees instead of the current wishbone Both of these issues requires a new study of the terracing. Attached please find a new plan sketch, based on your conversation with Tom. Please send us your comments, and let me know when you want to set up a call to discuss. We want to get this into the 3D model as soon as we think we are close to a final layout.
