He apparently called you directly, as opposed to me, and pitched his idea for "Emily." Dan called me, sent me the info on it, I looked at it, and he said that you "left the decision up to me." I will say "pass," especially as you would have to fly the guy in, etc. He doesn't fit within the group either. So, that's my take, but you have the one vote. Neither the person, nor the technology, fits within the circle that I have assembled. In terms of technology, I was thinking that he could come up with something like what John Underkoffer created, and was later used as a concept in the Tom Cruise Minority Report. It needs to have WOW! and Impact, which this thing does not have, even if it has an attached sonar. If he were able to obtain one of Guy Fawkes subs, which we could all try out, that would be different. That's more what I am looking for.
