His mother passed away yesterday, she had been in hospital for the last week, hence a number of hospital bills are looming. He is unable to travel back for the funeral, but his brother will be leaving today, a flight that Jules has paid for. I know that the policy has been no personal loans, which I did explain to Jules, but he asked if I would still forward this request and would have the payments taken directly out of his wage at up to $500.00 per fortnight.
