I know your schedule is extremely busy, and I really appreciate the amount of time you were able to spend with us. The work sessions were productive, and I think we have a clear approach to the new conceptual layout. Next week, we are going to provide a revised conceptual plan for the main residence area, including the pool area, living room/cabana, and primary circulation paths. I will include notes about each of the various areas we discussed. Gary and I are also working on a master schedule for design and construction of each of these areas. For clarity and efficiency, and to make sure we prioritize your needs, I think we need to separate major areas into the following: t. Main Residence. This is the primary focus. This includes the pool area, the living room, the north terrace, and the stairs connecting the master bedroom, terrace, living room area, and east upper garden area. 2. Guest cottage. New guest cottage with 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms and a sitting room, patio and access stair. EFTA_R1_01481081 EFTA02416648 3. Spa. 4 treatment rooms, sitting area, bathroom/suppon spaces. With exterior sitting area near top of nursery, and hardscape treatment at bottom of nursery (over existing concrete pad). 4. Music room. 5. Staff cottage. 4 bedrooms with private baths, living/dining/kitchen area, laundry and support. I am also contacting our AN consultant for recommendations on appropriately-scaled equipment for your living room/media room. I will issue a more detailed summary next week.
