I've emailed people i know in Paris , and am waiting to hear back. Then of course there are the classics, which are always considered the best, the spa at the Georges V , the Anne Semoine spa at the Bristol.. There is also U Spa, Jacques Garcia's spa at the Hotel Fouquet, it has a large swimming pool which might be nice for you to swim in when you're there..
