She notes Cinq Mondes at Opera and Nuxe in the Ist arrondisement. I've attached links below. The only real spa I've been to in Paris is Cinq Mondes at Opera - they do good international massages of which Thai would be one. The service and the gests were not bad at all but the environment is of course nothing like what you'd get in some amazing places in south cast Asia or even just some of the major hotels in Asia. Another one worth taking a look is Nuxe in the 1st arrondisement. Some other ones here are major hotel spas that are very well known but extremely pricey (Georges V and Plaza Athcncc). Carita is one that is located in the 8th and very well known for body treatments and facials.
