They have done quite a lot of preliminary work, of which I am getting the info. Cost to ownership of $2.5 million for said work. There is plenty of water to get to shore. He had 167 ft. boat 250 yards from the beach. Preliminary site plan and environmental has been submitted to government. They have an approval in principal to develop from gov. This is good new for us. We would only need to modify it. There is 924 acres total. Property is well worth 25. We could try less of course. If you want to see the property, please let me know when.
