I am concemed more about the toxicity, metabolism, excretion and interactions at binding sites - but those may be modifiable. What is your plan for this work? Are you hoping to introduce this/venture cap yourself? Should I share it with Boris? Happy to talk to him about this, not sure what his expectations are. Suspect he is looking for funding. This type of med/treatment is not really geared at communicable disease (more about vaccines here) so I don't think he'll get traction.
