Many moving parts, but they are all coming together in a significant way. Long story here, but a very good one, with huge possibilities. We have definitely made enormous progress, and are starting a significant partnership with NEPAD, various African governments, and aids organizations, to help put this together. We are also partnering with General Electric (desal equip) as well as major ship yards to build the ship. So, all of this is spec work.... We are working with some top bankers as well. So, in pretty good shape there, but not getting paid. It's on a fast track though....
