Karen has just spoken to Ghislaine in reference to this.
Lodge can be used, food would be set up in the Lodge, basic prep from Wendy. Wendy can make
cookies etc. The 3 crew would be working with riding - 3 horses, whatever they want to do can
be set up. Just need time of arrival to arrange pickup etc
