I recall that several people do not arrive until after 8 PM on Friday. I have sent Judi all the itineraries that we have thus far. You are set to speak to the group at UVI at 4 PM on Friday, Novemebr 12th. Lastly, please keep in mind that the Foundation cannot pay for a scuba diving excursion so that would need to be covered by the attendees, if they have an interest. I have tried to get a quantum computation person and 3 key people have said no.. I have an invitation to Charles Bennett at IBM in, and if he doesn't respond then I think we can give up.. Assuming we have no one in that area, I have revised the agenda.. It now gives 1-4 on saturday as free.. but we could all go to Jeffrey's island at noon on sat.. and have lunch there as well. I thought of getting Arnoldo Falcon do do a snorkling/diving excursion on Saturday, which we could do, for those that are interested, off of Jeffrey's island in the afternoon.. we could even do the afternoon session there if there is an EFTA_R1_0 1486773 EFTA02420706 appropriate place. Note that meeting ends earlier than it would have otherwise (i.e. 7 pm ), so we could perhaps go to Havana Blue on Sat night? I have left Sunday afternoon free:.. I was thinking it could be free for people to do whatever they want (those who have not already left), and then perhaps we could do an evening event at coral park, like we did last time? AV needs: hookups for laptops to projectors blackboard that should do it. LMK Agenda: Friday: Friday 4 pm Public Lecture by Krauss at UVI..
