Bob Berlin called again hoping he would be able to set up an appointment to come see you for 5
minutes. He is embarrassed but broke down to tell me what he is hoping you could help him with
because he is on a time limit...he is wondering if he could borrow money to pay his taxes due Oct. 15th.
He hates he is in this position, and... well, you know the rest...it's a bit over $13,000... He said if you
could call him he would appreciate it...
