Dersh and Schneider are very defensive and reactive. He said that ORI hates harvard, and is aware of procedural problems. In any case, i sent him some materials to review. such different opinions, and hard to know what to do. also, major start up costs with a new lawyer, though schneider will talk with him. what do your instincts say? any thoughts on the negotiation issue with harvard, retirement, etc?
