I have done some research on tattoo removal options for Jeffrey as he had requested when he was here a few days ago. I have found what I think to be some of the top options here in Manhattan and have included contact information for you. I believe that Dr. Roy Geronemus of Laser and Skin Surgery Center of NY is the best in the city. His Soonest consult would starting on Sept 13" They will not quote exact removal prices over the phone, but consults are $350. Tattoo removal starts at $400 and up. Dr. Rand also seems like a great option. Consults at his office are $100, and they would not give any other information about removal costs over the phone. He has done over 20,000 tattoo removals and seems to also be one of the top doctors in the city for this. Smooth Tattoo Removal is a tattoo removal and laser center owned by Carole O'Brien, who is a cosmetologist, and has been removing tattoos for 12 years. She conducts free consults. And a tattoo roughly the size of tennis ball would cost $200 per treatment plus the cost of numbing cream.
