PR Palms
Good Afternoon,
After our meeting this morning, I began notifying the related
parties, namely
Boyson Inc. and Gramas Del Sur Farm to inform them
that we would like to move
forward on Thursday Sept.16th.
Boyson Inc. Just wants us to have ALL our dots connected, so this
goes
smoothly, and within the allotted timeframe.
The Gramas Del Sur Farm wants me to come This Thursday and Friday
(Sept 9&10) so I can Tag all the trees, so that they will Have
Monday,
Tuesday, and Wednesday,
(Sept. 13th - 15th) to remove the palms and prepair them for transport
on
Thursday Sept. 16th
They also would like me to be there for the transportting of the palms
from the
Farm to the Ship on the 16th.
* I need to have final approval from you, to go forward,
and, I need to know a Grand Total Number of trees to tag,
And which species, Exactly.
As of now, I had calculated a need for 85 trees, Gary Kearney then
brought
an area to my attention that would increase the total tree
count by at least
15.
I have also counted the potential lost trees from Huricane Earl,
and We
have a total of 35 palm trees, that "May" not make it.
This does not include the now open spaces left from dead branches
that have
been trimmed, or dead trees (non-palms)
The "discounted" prices begin at 200+ trees.
Please advise.
Thank You,
Igala
