I am considering choosing two alternate dates and presenting the committee with the three possibilities and seeing when we can get the best turnout. Before I did this, I wanted to check with you both to see if this was reasonable and doable, namely whether any commitments had been made at hotels etc.. and also to check your schedule Jeffrey..
