The seller took $5K off on Thursday. I came back on Friday with a final offer $2500 less than that. So now I'm waiting. I would still like the apt. and I also need to get the contract signed by April 30th for the tax credit. I can't tell how you're feeling from your email. Arc you ok with the letter?
