I say tentatively because things may change this week regarding deposition scheduling. Jessica is trying to get service on Melissa Kapusta (Rivera's friend) and Justin Vanover (Rivera's cx). Both depos would be scheduled for next Monday (one in Gainsville and one in Tampa) and Jessica is trying to figure out who would attend and if they would attend via phone. i will monitor and keep you posted.
