Kelly is moving back to LA in the next couple of months. Wasn't sure if you knew that. I just had dinner with Tom and Margot in Chicago. I brought John (who is, by the way, only a friend -- a lonely, brilliant guy writing about loneliness, is more fun as an intellectual playmate vs. anything beyond that). Anyhow, Tom mentioned that he had just seen you. We got to talking about transitions, and I suggested that we pull together a little retreat -- Tom and Margot Barnaby me Bill Berkman (and maybe his wife, if she's interested to join) Nick P. and find a mutually agreeable place that you can easily get to (Santa Fe place could be terrific), and have 2-4 days of play and talking, brainstorming What do you think?
