Here's an expanded version, based on our conversation, have sent it to Robert also to consider. Proposed schedule for Island and redecoration . One Month Plan . Week of 12th - 18th April : JE get all of the existing Island plans to Robert's office. Two of Robert's assistants go to Island to gather all info and start rough draft drawings. SL and RC go to house in New York to begin dining room revision. Week of 18 — 25 April: Robert's assistants continue with draft drawings for Island. Samples for bathroom rugs, outdoor furniture, plus coverings are sourced, mirror for master bath, as well as photos of outdoor light fixtures. Move first round of furniture in NY House, to prep dining room. SL see JE in New York! Week of 26 — 2 May: Robert back in NY and begins work on the draft drawings, including begins sketching out plans for living pavilion. End of week JE to review first round of sketches. Week of 3rd — 9th May: Conference call with JE on initial proposed plans, feedback taken into account and re-considered.
