I related that Stephen had things of value on his table that he should finish (CZM) Jeffrey emailed that he wanted him to finish but not go beyond the end of march and he would pay Stephen upon compleation .Stephen completed the CZM package and it is in Maria Hodges hands. The work he did in the last 90 days was an effort, which in the past you paid an architect, a environmental consultant and a engineer to produce for considerably more money. By the way we used Landmark staff to produce the engineering exhibits( at no cost) included in the submittal.Stephen is also agreeable to respond to any changes that may be required by CZM. My understanding to date is that we have nothing but pictures. Therefore, the work to date lacks the ability for LSJ to obtain permits. Is this invoice fair for JEE to pay? Let's discuss. Stephen is eligible for a reduction in his COBRA premiums if he is terminated by 03/31/10. He will have to pay only 35% of the total premium in order to remain covered under our health insurance plan. This reduction can last for up to 15 months. Let me know if you have any questions.
