To answer your question, I will send you a full letter tomorrow, as I have just returned from ten days of basically good meetings in the Caribbean. A short summary is we get cash flow from (1) new business, and while there are prospects there is no new business, (2) sales in South Padre. Texas, which remain very slow, and (3) sales in Barbados only after the bank is repaid. Sales in Barbados in the first quarter are good and better than projected. So bottom line is we still live hand to mouth, working hard to get through the night to a happier day. Jeffrey, I hope you are well both mentally and physically and that twinkle still is in your eye.
