Wet paneling
In order to resolve our dispute over the wood paneling, we will come to the Island within 14 days to
finish the paneling. This is with the understanding that we have advised you that to perform the
finishing work, at this time, given the moisture level of the wood, would result in harm to the wood and
surrounding structures.
If you wish to have us come and perform the finishing work while the wood is not dry, we will
do so only if you execute a general release discharging us for any and all liability or claims arising out
