Subject: Chalkboards
Jeffrey,
I googled "sliding slate chalkboards" and there are lots of companies, usmarkerboard.com has
unframed slate as large as 48" x 144" and 1/4" thick so JP is wrong. There are also synthetic
surfaces for chalkboards. We have not applied any finish or even cleaned the board. JP's board
is black but does not take chalk.
