The quickest solution is to place the zBoost antenna on the roof of the house and hang a coax cable over the outside of the house. A new entry point would be required into the dining room from outside and the zboost placed behind a curtain to provide improved service to that room only. Sawyers has asked that I emphasize they can do this, but strongly advise against it.
