S76 contract update
Thur 3/11/2010 1:12:53 PM
Jeffrey,
update from Howard: we should have the 600K price brake down
Hello Larry,
Our business office is currently working up a 750 clone price
Completion of that effort should produce the information you
next week.
Please let me know if you need anything in the meantime.
Best regards,
Howard
next week.
for a new S-76C++ and new S-76D
are looking for, and should be available
I received this from Reenstra:
First of all, please send my personal thank you to Jeffrey for dosing yesterday. I know he went the extra mile and I appreciate it, as
does Sikorsky.
I'd like to address a couple of issues so I can keep this ball rolling for everyone.
1. Please confirm that if Sikorsky would like to demo your helicopter, the price is 55000/hour with a one hour minimum. Obviously that
includes re-positioning charges unless you are going through the city anyway, i.e. Raleigh-Durham. Let me know. When do you think
you are going to head south with it?
2. A fire has been lit under Sikorsky to give Jeffrey a great price on a second C++ identical to S/N 750. I would like to know what price
it needs to be to get him to sign the contract and place a deposit before the end of March. Darren has already reviewed our contract so
the key is how do I get Jeffrey to pull the trigger? If he is willing to do it before the end of March. Sikorsky will be very aggressive to get
the order but again. what he is willing to pay has to be realistic. There is no sense doing this exercise if he does not intend to go
forward.
3. 5-76D - Basically the same as the C++. If he is ready to go forward, I'll get you a price to duplicate 750 in a D model but Sikorsky
will pay a lot of attention if we can get this done before the end of March.
As you can see. March is a critical date for them because they are very driven by 1st quarter contracts. You tell me the realistic number
that gets Jeffrey to sign and I will do everything possible to get there. Please get back to me asp. There is a lot to do.
Lastly, if this is going forward, I think I would like Marc to go down to visit Jeffrey the week of the 22nd.
I'll wait to hear from you. Regards.
George Reenstra
