I spoke to Reenstra yesturday, he told me that a cash offer was going to come in Wed or Thurs at 12.3M net
to you and 100k to him plus another 100k to the broker that actually has the customer! I told him that I would
present all offers to you, and Shmitka may counter offer this propsal. I will keep you updated,
George told me that he was going to ask 12.8M for you currnet S76, which I think is a fare price. since yours is
the only C++ that is completed, currently on the market.
