St thomas customs declined our request for late pre clearance. Supervisor
Carpenter who is CM's contact said he apologizes for speaking out of place, but
has to abide but the current regs of pre clearance from 7am to 1645pm local time.
Our only option is to request PBI over tme arrival for 915pm tomorrow.
