I tried quickly to discem what I could from the docket sheets, focusing mainly on what has been designated as the lead" case grouping them together. I see that you are going to have a mediations session and that discovery has been extended. I also saw that one or two have been settled separately. You have some cast of characters in these cases. One law firm's email advertises itself as a sex abuse specialist apparently and another claims to provide a "apathtojustice." Then they got Paul Cassell to help for one plaintiff apparently and you have Marty Weinberg and this Tein fellow I saw in another case down there, plus several others. Wow. I have to tell you I have heard some decent things about Judge Marra. I think I mentioned middlebrooks was recused from my case and we now have both Marra and Magistrate Judge Johnson. She just entered a terrific Order on a motion I filed to make the government pay my attorneys' fees for erroneous and abusive filings they had made. Never know how they will be in the long run; but good signs so far.
