I was checking the public records and discovered Mike Hardman transfered the Dixie Highway property he bought for $5.25 million to SGBK Properties on December 31, 2009. The website lists consideration at $5.49 million. It seems he is out from under that propery drain. The dots are online at the clerk's office, or I can fax them to you. If you want a fax, shoot me the number. I have 837-2299 as your fax, but I think that is the office. How goes the lawsuit? I see the Bar is allowing public pressure to be put on the lawyers at RRA. This should be helpful to you, basically because in my experience lawyers arc always tough talkers with someone else's money or life, but fold like a cheap lawn chair when they are in the hot seat.
