Totally agree with you.
I tend to choose stuff/projects/people that I have more fun with. Nevertheless, a non-fun part comes as
a part of a deal. Sometimes, it is there to remind us that we better straighten our priorities and have fun
while we can. Also, it is required to prevent boredom, which is the worst. Even the best/most of fun will
become boring - if it lasts too long interrupted. We are simply wired that way.
The proportion of fun/non-fun part correlates with many other circumstances/factors. I am working on
getting my proportion better. I am sure I can learn a lot from you ;)
Linking fun to the impact and interesting things is perfect.
Right now, I am stranded at Chicago airport which is not too fun. At least I am catching up with emails.
Seems that I will arrive in DC relatively late, so let's rather have our call on Thursday or Friday.
Are you based in West Palm Beach? I am planning to be in your state (I prefer South Beach as it is more
fun) at least few times during winter (Art Basel, New Year, late January). Trying to convince Melanie to
join but she is sometimes stubborn. Will need your help. Looking forward to meeting you during one of
these trips.
