Our existing Super & I have been concentrating on the office/Master complex and all our resources are consumed there. You will be happy to know that we are making great progress on the Office,Master and Site Work. Walls are being built, earthwork underway and everything including Landscaping is scheduled to be completed by April, assuming we conclude the collumns shortly.Any responce from Pinto on the package? When we get the additional supervisors and support Labor we will throw them at additional major projects you approved. My presumed priorities are: 1. Main House Compound — Ready end of summer 2. Mechanical Building — Ready Fall 3. Work on starting Main House —April Minor Jobs As soon as the major projects are staffed hopefully in next 45 days we will staff the minor job with supervisor and staff and put them on Pool (when permitted) Trails & Walls — Beach Deck and Fire Pit.We will be changing the way walls are built to attain production. The color material for the trail sample has been on order for over a month from Puerto Rico, when it arrives we will pour sample trail.
