My inclination is to design these structures into the landscape not on top of the landscape....cinder block construction and stucco finishing with wooden details....I have a 6 man crew from Ecuador that live on long island and Julian has a brother in Tampa....plant them on the island for 10 months and they can build all of this for you.We can plan this like a Kit...everything is ordered We stage this in Florida..stock pile the elements,windows,doors,hardware,roof material,lumber,plumbing fixtures and the rest...then ship this to the main island and over too LSJ.... I was going to do this for Barry Sternlicht on Turks....with help from an indonesian builder that I met in the Maldives.What they do is stage everything then ship it all to the site like a kit and the team just builds from a plan. Getting ahead of myself but am thinking backwards as this is a logistic exercise. Design so it can be built in this way... Who from your team will show me around on island...?
