Please note the following steps: Sikorsky will conclude their testing of the Confor foam and make a recommendation to us for the build up. We will build a section of the cushions incorporating the Confor foam in a manner that will adhere to the overall dimensions we discussed in detail at your home. After you approve the foam build up, we will then build the production cushions. During the production cushion build up phase, we will contact you to discuss the opportunities for your input with regard to dimensions (and most certainly the "arch" on the back cushion) as well as the arm rests and curve from the backrest into the arm rests outboard. Either way, please take comfort knowing that we will not even pull out the bolt of fabric until you visually approve the foam design. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions. Once we receive accurate direction from Sikorsky on the foam build up we can produce the sample foam cushions — I am hoping to be in a position to send them out at the end of next week.
