I wanted to let you know that Philip is in NY interviewing this week and got a job offer with CBS (Outdoor Advertising division) in NYC. Thats where he wants to be - NYC. Its almost all commission, but its a good start for him if he plans to take over me - Impact Outdoor. Things are moving along with my Safdie designed La Jolla residence. We should be breaking ground in Feb. The address is 1710 Crespo Drive, La Jolla (Google it). We are about 1/2 mile from Ted Wait's residence, which is in the LA Jolla Farms area. We are in Country Club area. Should be a great house, which you will be welcome to use when in La Jolla. It will be International Modem in design. The house should be finished by Dec. 2010.
