The rumors that someone (a Brit) client of Garry tittle's (Fite Shavell) has Glazer (1200 S Ocean - the
landmarked Mizner adjacent to the B&T on the south) under contract at $24 million are confirmed. This was the
house that Glazer wanted to add on to and actually move back away from the ocean but the Town wouldn't let
him. The land is 234 feet along the ocean and (as I recall) 500 feet deep. There is still a due diligence period
which evidently goes to condition (there are issues) and exploring what the Town will now allow. It could close
before year end.
