Title: Rc: In Miami recovering from not sure what. Came back sicker than a dog from
China and have been in bed not moving but finally on the road to recovery. Everyone
thinks I had/have swine flu. Dealing w/boat today that is still in the yard. Leaving for NY
torn morning and back here week after for week or so. Had an offer on the house
finally..11 and on top the guy want every stick of furniture down to the napkins for an
extra X but not determined + am doing well with AIG — without the settlement I'm at 1.5
ish and I want to settle and just walk away w/a lump sum..i'm not selling at that price but
the market is moving again.
